Future of Work
Jobs and AI

"As we move from the 'Age of Information' to the 'Age of Intelligence,' our research explores how generative AI is changing the game. AI is rapidly evolving, set to revolutionize industries, change how we work, and reshape our economy and society. We’re looking at both the benefits—like boosted productivity—and the downsides, such as job risks and economic instability. We introduce the concept of 'Mental Wealth', pushing for smart policies and a new social contract to manage these changes. Our aim is to balance AI’s benefits with economic strength and social fairness, ensuring a bright and sustainable future."
